A határokat azonban túlnépesedés miatt lezárták. Ám az emberek energiára való éhsége sajnos továbbra is kielégíthetetlen. A figyelem középpontjába az Arktisz került, jelentős mennyiségű kőolajforrásával. Ennek kitermelése azonban semmi esetre sem járhat komoly következmények nélkül.
