Herald Sun’s Susie O’Brien has declared as a Commonwealth Bank customer that she is “not very happy”.
Commonwealth Bank of Australia is facing backlash after it revealed it would charge customers $3 for taking out money at a branch, post office or by phone.
“It is absolutely outrageous; they are saying $3 for what they call an assisted withdrawal,” Ms O’Brien told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“You do have to wonder if they are making decisions in the best interests of their own customers, especially while their profit margins are just so high.”
