april 2022 me RBI ne NBFC and Buy now pay later compnies like UNI Cars, slice card, Lazypay , Bharatpe Postpe card, Moneview Card, Flipkart buy now pay later ko lekar kuch guidelines diya tha jisme kuch limitations lagaye gaye they, lekin uska positive side ye hai ki ab NBFC Compnies ko apna khud ka own brand credit card issue karne ka permission mil gaya hai, abhi tak sabhi nbfc compnies ko Partner bank, lender bank ke sath joint credit card issue karna padta tha, aise me credit card ke liye eligiblity criteria, cibil score ke sath sath sabhi terms and conditions lending bank decide karta tha jaise me unemployed credit card and without salary slip or itr ke credit card banwana easy nahi tha, lekin ab jab nbfc company apna khud ka credit card issue karegi to maximum se maximum logo ko credit card ka benefit mil payega
