Our Markets Forum 2018 conference brought together senior policymakers, market practitioners and other stakeholders to take forward the work of the Fair and Effective Market Review (FEMR).
Speakers and panel discussions focus on important issues for FICC (fixed income, currencies and commodities) markets. During the conference participants considered the effect of measures taken after the financial crisis to improve market fairness and effectiveness. And, they identified emerging issues, such as the adoption of near risk free rates as interest rate benchmarks (LIBOR transition) and technology.
