영란은행 "올해 영국 성장률 -14%"…통계작성 이래 최악 전망
The UK's GDP is forecast to decline by 14-percent in 2020 as a whole.
The Bank of England gave the projection in its "illustrative scenario for the economic outlook"...under the condition that the national lockdown would be partly alleviated from June to September.
The central bank pointed out, there was already a 2-point-9 percent drop in Q1,...and sees the GDP plummeting by an incredible 25-percent in Q2.
Meaning, the U.K. would fall into one of its biggest recessions, with the sharpest annual downturns since 1706.
