Car Loan Out Gone Wrong

The plaintiff worked for the defendant for 10 years. She’s suing him for the cost of her car because she agreed to loan him a vehicle for a week, but she hasn’t seen it since. The defendant says he and the plaintiff had a good relationship. While he was driving her car, he was hit, and the car was damaged. The defendant claims the car is sitting because it won’t start.
