Costco Reward Certificate
- Cash back will be awarded 1x per year in the form of a certificate
- Certificate becomes available once your February billing statement closes
- Certificate is valid through December 31 of each year
How You’ll Receive Your Certificate
- If enrolled in Paperless Statements: Issued via email
- If NOT enrolled in Paperless Statements: Issued on last page of your Feb. paper statement

Q1: Do I need to print the certificate to redeem in store?
A: No. You can access it via the Citi mobile app & present it on your mobile device.
Q2: What happens if I don’t use the full balance in 1 transaction?
A: You’ll receive the remaining balance in cash at checkout.
Q3: Does the certificate expire?
A: Yes. It expires on Dec. 31st each year.
Q4: What if I lose my certificate?
A: You can request a replacement certificate via your Citi online account.
