Delta Air Lines says about 75 percent of its staff and more than 80 percent of its pilots and crew are vaccinated. In addition to the surcharge, unvaccinated employees will face other restrictions, including indoor masking effective immediately and weekly Covid-19 tests starting Sept. 12.
