Yeah. Great questions. There are still misconceptions about what is actually needed to become eligible, but all you need to go, to get a vaccine is to show up. You don't have to have insurance. You don't have to be a citizen of this country. If you are in an eligible age group and category, then you can get a free vaccine where vaccines are available.
