Egyptian state-owned Telecom Egypt has launched the country's fourth mobile operator called "We". Telecom Egypt is the sole owner of fixed phone lines in the country, in addition to the internet service. Many experts say the market of 95 million is already saturated and cannot handle a fourth mobile operator. But in his first exclusive interview to a non-Egyptian channel, Managing Director and CEO of Telecom Egypt, Ahmed El Beheiry, has told CGTN's Yasser Hakim he's confident his company can fully recover its investments within three years.
