Senki, aki nevét még gyerekkorában választotta apja legendás kuncsaftja után, mint szerencsevadász azt a feladatot kapja megbízóitól, hogy végezzen Jack Beauregarddal, az öregedő gyorstüzelővel, aki gyerekkora óta a legnagyobb példaképe. Amikor Jack felvilágosítja, hogy visszavonul a kalandoktól, mert már csak a nyugalmas, békés öregkorra vágyik.
