Parkland judge removes defense lawyer from Nikolas Cruz hearing - "You're out of line"

Judge Elizabeth Scherer ordered one of Nikolas Cruz's defense lawyers to sit in the back of the courtroom after the defense council objected to some of the victim's impact statements, which mentioned the defense attorneys, jury, and Cruz.

The defense lawyer appeared to mention the judge's children in his argument, which Judge Scherer did not like. "To try and threaten my children and bring up my children is inappropriate. Go to the back of the room now," the judge said.
