In this video we are looking at the only 5 credit cards you ever need to have in your wallet. We will be talking about the best travel credit cards and the best cash back credit cards so that you can create the perfect 5 credit card setup for the long-term based on your own preferences!
Personally, I only carry around 4 or 5 credit cards with me every day so I try to pick the best credit cards for travel because I know that I can get the most value from those cards. I think it’s a common misconception that in order to get value out of credit card usage, you need to be carrying 20 cards or more which obviously is tough to manage. But the truth is that if you can identify what you’re looking for in a credit card setup, then you can keep it simple and stick with only 5 credit cards while still getting a lot back.
Most of the credit cards that we’re going to cover in this video are very easy to use, so I would say that they are some of the best credit cards for beginners if you’re new to the credit card game. This means that you don’t have to overthink and plan too much when it comes to optimizing what credit card you should be using for certain purchases. So if you are looking for something very simple with a lot of long-term value, then I would suggest choosing either one of the cash back or travel credit card setups that we’ll be covering in this video!
