Titkos családi receptek - Sváb ételek Szent Mihály napjára
Titkos családi receptek sorozatunk harmadik részében sós "macit" és babfőzeléket készítettünk Helbich Annával.
A sós "maci" hozzávalói:
500 g liszt, 20 g élesztő, só, 1 tojás, 6 ek olvasztott zsír, 1,5 dl víz
A babfőzelék hozzávalói:
250 g bab, 1 fej vöröshagyma, 2 babérlevél, só, bors, 150 g füstölt tarja, zsír, liszt, pirospaprika, fokhagyma
