Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on breaking news that DC Circuit Court Chief Judge Beryl Howell has handed the DOJ a huge win against Trump in the Mar-a-Lago investigation, by finding that the interaction between Trump and his lead attorney M. Evan Corcoran triggered the crime-fraud exception to pierce the attorney client privilege and ordered him to testify again to the grand jury, but that she may have also reviewed Corcoran’s attorney notes and finding a crime or fraud with Trump, directly turned them over to the DOJ.
