V Telecoms Global IP Transit Service

V Telecoms Global IP Transit Service is designed for Internet Service Providers (ISP), Mobile Operators, Telcos , VOIP operators and content network providers who have high and rapidly growing bandwidth demands. These users are usually organizations with an Autonomous System Number (ASN) assigned by APNIC.

The growth in the Internet bandwidth consumption on a daily basis, causing the most Telcos and ISPs, congestion in the upstream links and due to expensive price of the IPT & limited backhaul capacity and resources, the operators are unable to keep the subscription ratio right. This is resulting the users to experience slow download speed, loss of connection and increaed latency etc.

In response to this, V Telecoms Global has introduced IP Transit (IPT) Service that offers high-performance and cost-effective connectivity to the global Internet routing domain for both IPv4 and IPv6 via Malaysia's one of the Most Connected AS (VTEL GLOBAL AS). This will provide an oppurtunity to the operators and organizations to scale without fear upto 10Gbps per port while keeping the MRC to the lowest possible rate in the country.

The service is delivered via V Telecoms NGN Packet Optical Terabit DWDM Network with lowest possible latencies, guranteed frame delivery and minimal packet loss to most of the destinations worldwide. VTelecoms' DWDM/IP/MPLS regional network also provides seamless connectivity to regional Internet Exchanges such as MYIX, THIX, SGIX, HKIX etc.

The service is available in VTel's strategic data centres namely Menara Ansar in JB, Equinix (SG), KL DCs, VTel IP HUB Hatyai and Bangkok data centers.

The service is able to support upto 10Gbps over Ethernet interfaces and is a tailored solution for higher speed requirements providing full access to the global internet routing table, fully managed connection from any V Telecoms IP POPs, guaranteed SLA, secure online performance reporting and dedicated customer support.
