How Canadian production is already off script from Hollywood writers' strike

The Hollywood writers strike has taken both the U.S. and Canadian film and television industries off script. It's been 15 years since the last major Hollywood writers strike. A lot has changed in the industry since then, and for writers, that's part of the problem.
