But in our world today, I see so many people struggle to find the right daily dose of movement to meet their body's unique needs. They cant seem to find BALANCE with exercise that helps them feel their best or feel challenged with nagging injuries that hold them back. That's why I'm here to help. My Youtube Channel offers hundreds of videos of injury friendly fitness content to support you in finding exercise that helps you achieve the results you want. It's my goal to grow this channel to be a powerful resource where people can come for more energy, strength, positivity, and health.
I grew up in a world of wellness, I come from a long line of doctors, every member of my family practices medicine. My mother was a nurse full time who taught fitness on the side and I fell in love with exercise at an early age. I began team teaching with my mom when I was 15 years old and from that moment on pursued fitness as a career. I worked as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness manager through college. After graduating with my B.A. from UCDavis, I went on to pursue my fitness career in San Francisco. My whole world changed when I had a serious foot injury in 2016. Lost on how to maintain my career in Fitness without the use of my foot, I developed workouts that were safe to do with physical limitations and injuries. This opened my eyes to a large population that needed adaptable and accessible workouts too. So I began creating video content to meet the needs of those with physical challenges and health considerations on my Youtube channel. All of this hard work launched my business in a positive new direction and now I have grown worldwide to be recognized as the #1 source of injury friendly fitness and safe, effective workouts for those with special needs. My mission is to teach the world how to use movement as medicine for mental and physical wellbeing. My goal is to make fitness inviting to all.
